The Paleo Diet
The idea behind the diet is simple: Eat like a caveman. However, the application of the diet can be hard to figure out initially because most people are used to eating certain foods with other foods. Why try the paleo diet? A lot of people have had a great amount of success combining the paleo diet with crossfit training. Part of the reason for this is that the paleo diet is superior to most of the other diets out there. Many athletes use a combination of paleo/zone and this works well too.
