Pull Up Bands | Resistance Bands

Resistance bands can be used for dozens of exercises.  Normally we use them in our Crossfit workouts as an assistance band for pull ups.  However, you can also use these to add dynamic resistance to your lifts.  We gave you two different options below for great pull up bands for Crossfit or weight lifting resistance bands or however you choose to use them!
  • Pull-ups and Dips
  • Speed and agility training
  • Plyometrics
  • Aerobics
  • Stretching
  • Adding resistance to lifts

pullup bands for crossfitThe MD USA Strength Band is a great band to use for all of the above exercises, and more.  We won’t go into many details about them, since we think that they are a high quality product.  They come in all resistance levels from 10 to 200 pounds! Either called pull up bands or resistance bands, they have multiple uses.
